Where Can I Buy A Metro Pcs Card

If you're in the market to buy a MetroPCS SIM card, you have a few options at your disposal. Of course, the easiest method is to just stop by a MetroPCS store and pick one up, but if that's not in your gameplay, here are some other options for you.

where can i buy a metro pcs card

Most obviously, you can buy MetroPCS SIM cards right in any MetroPCS store. This is your quickest and safest bet (providing you have a store close by). They offer the MetroPCS Universal SIM Card Kit for $10 that includes a Nano SIM card, a Micro SIM card adapter, and a Standard SIM card adapter.

You can find MetroPCS SIM cards elsewhere too, but always be conscious of where you're buying from and who you're buying from. Some retailers that may look like they have legitimate SIM cards aren't on the up-and-up. So always do your researched before you click the buy button!

Due to the way we get this product from our provider, you would see 2 charges in your credit card. One is the Face Value Amount from MetroPCS; the other is the $3 Processing Fee from CallingMart. CallingMart Points are not applicable with this product.

Ticket offices sell all LIRR and MNR ticket types and also offer certain MetroCard options when purchased with LIRR tickets. You can pay with cash, credit or debit cards, and some transit benefit cards. For LIRR tickets, you can use a personal check for monthly, weekly, and ten-trip tickets, or five or more one-way tickets.

Note that transit benefit providers are independent of the MTA. If we refund tickets purchased through a pre-tax program, the money will be credited back to the benefit card you used to make the purchase.

The carrier is accepting unlocked iPhones, Android phones, Windows phones, and certain feature phones, but not BlackBerrys, tablets, or hotspots. To find out if your phone is compatible, check here: metropcs.com/keepyourphone(Opens in a new window).

Once you've unlocked your phone, you must purchase a MetroPCS-branded SIM card in order to get your phone on the network. You can even port your old phone number from your previous carrier as long as you're free of any contractual obligations.

Sources have told us that MetroPCS will be adding two new GSM phones to its lineup as well. We aren't sure what they are, but rumors have pegged them as the Samsung Galaxy Exhibit and the LG Optimus L9. We've already reviewed the Optimus L9 on T-Mobile, which managed to nab a spot on our list of The Best Android Phones for its mix of price and performance. We haven't reviewed the Samsung Galaxy Exhibit yet, but it sort of looks to fall somewhere between the Samsung Galaxy S II and Galaxy S III, spec-wise.

All cellular service providers have different ways for you to switch phones, and MetroPCS is no exception. With them, if you want to move your phone number and service over to a new device, you must first put a MetroPCS SIM card in the new phone.

Sometimes, you might run into a situation where the SIM cards between your phones are not compatible. That might be because you are transferring from an iPhone to an Android, or vice versa. It could also be that your original phone is several years old. Even though the same company makes the new phone, it is simply too antiquated, and the style of the SIM card is outdated.

To activate your service over the phone, call 1-888-863-8768. If you choose to activate your service this way, make sure you call from a different device and have your SIM card and device ready to activate.
